What is the leadtime following placing of an order?
We usually dispatch the same day for orders received before 1400, Monday to Friday. Orders received after this are usually sent the next working day. Subject to stock availability.

Is your price inclusive of carriage?
No. We charge carriage at cost, depending on the urgency of your order. We usually use couriers and obtain favourable rates owing to volume of traffic.

How can I pay for my items?
We accept all major debit and credit cards and PayPal. Account facilities are subject to credit check and approval.

Can you deliver direct to my customer?
Certainly yes, this is not a problem and is in fact commonplace for us.

What are you payment terms?
Payment is required prior to shipping. For commercial account customers our terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

What is your minimum order?
We stipulate no minimum order; you may order as much or little as you require. For contract manufacture however minimum quantities will apply due to raw materials.
